embodied energy work Massage – 60 Minutes $200

A nurturing, intimate heart-centred bodywork session using slow, intentional touch to encourage deep relaxation, release tension, and support a deeper connection with yourself and your body.

OR

Sacred Integration Journey – 90 Minutes $250

A holistic experience I use shamanic sound, rattles drums and crystal bowls. combine with bodywork massage to promote relaxation, inner connection, energetic balance, and personal integration.

About me-

For many years I have devoted myself to meditation and energy work, cultivating a deep connection to Source and the wisdom of shamanic traditions. These native, earth centred practices are woven into my daily life, they are not simply something I do, but part of who I am.

Guided by compassion, intuition, and authenticity, I bring a heart centred approach to my work. My focus is on creating meaningful experiences that encourage self awareness, personal insight, and a deeper connection to one’s own inner wisdom.

My path is one of continual growth, embodied awareness, and honouring the profound relationship between mind, body, and spirit.
