1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AIR TANTRA, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site.
2. Nature of the platform
AIR TANTRA is an advertising directory only. We do not operate as an agency, booking service, or intermediary. We provide space for independent providers and salons to promote their services. All communications, bookings, and transactions occur directly between the client and the service provider.
3. Services Offered
AIR TANTRA is an online platform that allows businesses and professionals in the erotic massage sector, including independent erotic masseuses, erotic massage salons, personnel, to promote their services through advertisements.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and post advertisements on our site. Use of the site by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited. We do regular spot checks of member’s age verification & identify and any ad that we suspect is falsifying their identity or under age will be asked for immediate proof. This can be done using the appropriate ID or passport page. During this period your ad may be suspended.
5. Legal compliance
All users, including independent masseuses and massage salons, must comply with Australian federal, state, and local laws, including but limited to:
- Licensing and registration requirement for massage or personal services.
- Local council regulations concerning the operation of massage salons or home-based businesses.
- Employment and health & safety laws where applicable.
AIR TANTRA does not permit illegal services and reserves the right to remove any listing that violates the law or our platform rules.
6. Account Creation and Use
To post an advertisement, you must create an account on our site. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities conducted under your account.
6.1. External Website Links
Advertisers may include a link to their personal website or their social media on their profile.
However, it is strictly prohibited to:
- Add links directing to another advertising platform,
- Promote listings hosted on competing directories,
- Redirect users to external websites offering the same type of advertising services as AIR TANTRA.
Any violation of this rule may result in the removal of the link, suspension of the advertisement, or termination of the account.
7. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements. AIR TANTRA does not guarantee the accuracy of the posted advertisements. AIR TANTRA shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or reliance on the advertisements.
We shall not be responsible for any malfunctions, errors, crashes or other adverse events that may occur from your use of the site. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to access and view this website and should ensure you have up to date anti-virus software on any device from which you access our website.
8. Advertisement review and approval
All advertisements submitted by the advertiser will undergo a review by our customer service team before being published online.
9. Verification user documentation
AIR TANTRA reserve the right to request additional documentation to confirm your identity, professional status, or the legitimacy of your business.
10. Photo submission
10.1. We reserve the right to reject any photos that contain stickers, emojis, or any form of facial obscuration.
10.2. Only high-quality, professional photos will be accepted for publication.
10.3. If a submitted photo does not meet our standards, the advertiser may be asked to provide a replacement.
11. Verified status – images verification and submission
11.1. The platform requires a mandatory image verification and authentication process. During this process, all submitted photographs will be compared to the identification photo provided by the Advertiser.
11.2. The identification photo must be accurate and truthful. It must not be misleading or feature the image of another person.
11.3. To complete the verification, the advertiser must provide a full body photo and face, clearly showing their face while holding a paper with the words ‘AIR TANTRA’, their full name, phone number and today’s date.
11.4. If the Advertiser's image verification fails, their profile may be blocked immediately.
11.5. Advertisers who fail the image verification process will not be allowed to use the platform until the issue is resolved and the appropriate documents or photos are submitted.
12. Use of verified status
Verified status is granted solely for identification purposes on our platform and does not imply endorsement or guarantee of service quality.
13. Moderation and Suspension
We reserve the right to moderate advertisements and to suspend or remove any content that violates these terms and conditions, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached these conditions.
14. Report
14.1. If you wish to report content or information you can click the button ‘’report’’ and explain the situation or send us a message on the contact page. We will then proceed to verify the information in question and investigate any account / profile / ad of a reported case to us. We will delete any suspected account / profile / ad of the person breaching the T&C
14.2. if we determine or receive a complaint that an advertiser no longer resembles the photographs displayed in their advertisement, we reserve the right to immediately terminate their membership.
14.3. Additionally, we may take legal action against the advertiser if deemed necessary.
15. Payment and Membership
15.1.the advertising fees will be clearly indicated at the time of submission. You agree to pay all applicable fees within the specified time frames. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
15.2. Membership is free for the first 3 months as part of the trial period.
15.3. The Advertiser may choose weekly or monthly subscriptions.
15.4. Air Tantra does not process payments through the website. All payments must be made manually via bank transfer.
15.5. Advertisers can find Air Tantra’s bank details in their Account Settings → Payment History → Upgrade Subscriptions.
15.6. Once the bank transfer has been received and confirmed, your advertisement will be activated.
15.7. You will receive a notification before your advertisement expires so you can take action if needed.
15.8. Payment must be received before your advertisement can be published.
15.9. Advertisement will be published online only after the payment has been successfully cleared in our bank account.
15.10. The advertising period will begin from the exact date and time the payment is received.
15.11. If payment is not received by the expiration date of the advertising period, we reserve the right to remove your profile from search results until the payment is made for the next advertising period.
16. Refund policy
Subscribers who have purchased advertising on the Website are entitled to a full refund only if:
- The Website is offline for a significant portion of the paid advertising period, and
- Air Tantra and the subscriber have not reached a mutual agreement regarding compensation for the disruption.
No other refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
17. Liability
17.1.AIR TANTRA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
17.2. user acknowledge that verification does not constitute an endorsement of their services and should not be misrepresented as such.
18. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes.
